Food/NHP

Canada has strict regulations governing the addition of Vitamins and Minerals to foods or beverages.

Foods that are sold as Nutritional Supplements, Meal Replacements and foods sold in Weight Loss Clinics are classified under a separate Division of Canada’s Food & Drug Regulations.

Food products that make therapeutic claims, are labelled similarly to medicinal products, and require a Test Market Authorization Letter (TMAL*)

We are Registered as an “Electronic Trading Partner” with Health Canada and are authorized to electronically file Product Applications and Site License Applications on behalf of our clients.
